* Healing, inspiring poetry... 
 

In a world cluttered 

stress-ridden, anxious 

despair taunts in 

heart and soul  

a blemish of tears 

stream unresponsive 

nowhere to go 

nowhere to hide 

~ 

In wake of sadness 

fear coincides 

sleepless obsession 

nowhere to hide 

unbearable noise 

frustrates the calm 

can't let it go 

why must it be... 

so 

~ 

There must be  

a reason, a way 

to let go 

did we bring  

this misery, sadness 

let it go 

release the anguish 

the torment 

let go 

~ 

Close your eyes 

and breathe... 

deeply 

feel warmth 

in releasing 

sun's light 

streaming as 

tumbling waters 

frolic in diffusion 

calming, blood flows  

~ 

Impressions, as bolders 

remnant foundation 

unwavering, carry 

the clutter away 

smile, for you shine 

as tears may fall  

renewal, your spirit 

answers 

the call
