Dearly loved one, you slipped away
so young, a whole life yet to live 
you struggled so bravely each day
for normalcy, so much to give
~
Are our memories real 
of our little lost angel
know how we truly feel
you lost the good battle...
and won, for real
~
Know too, that we prayed for you
day upon day, for a cure
dearly loved one lost
anguish and pain
treasured in our hearts
you will always remain
~
Mom and dad, too, have passed away
sadly, lost but now you're found
in their arms forever we pray
may love everlasting shine
as the brightest star in the 
night sky found
and together again
we pray
